  • The workshop for batch ‘C’ was started with recitation by intern Mahmood Ansari. It was presided by Dr. A free general medical check-up camp was organized by the department of Ilmul Jarahat of Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital, Mansoora, Malegaon on16th October-2021, at Fatema Clinic, Dawood Shopping Complex, Malegaon. An eight-member team of the hospital, including Dr. Momin Shahzad Aamir, Dr. Zaid Iqbal and Dr. Tahzeeb afroz and paramedical staff arrived at the Fatema Clinic at 10.00 a.m. Dtail physical examination along with 02 days of free medicine provided by Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital.Approximately 50 patients came for medical checkups, especially for piles, Fissure, Fistula & treated accordingly. Ladies patients were examined by ladies physician. The camp was successfully organized under the guidance of Dr. Abdul Majid Katthewala (CEO) & Dr. Mohammad Zubair (Principal) of the College.
  • A Tubectomy operation camp was organized at Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital on 18th December-2021. This camp was organized by Primary Health Center with the collaboration of Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital. 36 Tubectomy was done under the Family Planning Indemnity Scheme. Each patient was checked for blood pressure, urine, cardiovascular and respiratory function. Patients with hemoglobin of less than 10 g percent were given a one-month supplements of ferrous sulphate and folic acid. And kushta-e-sadaf & faulad. The Tubectomy camp also provided the opportunity to disseminate health information to large numbers of women with small children.
  • A free Medical Camps and Awareness programme was conducted by the Department of Moalejat and Tashreehul Badan of Mohammadia Tibbia College and Assayer Hospital, Mansoora, Malegaon at Diamond Girls High School, Bajrangwadi, Malegaon under the title of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on 18.12.2021. In the morning event, Dr. Shaikh Imtiyaz delivered the lecture on “Introduction of AYUSH System of Medicine and its role in Primary Health Care”. Then after, Dr. Ifra spoke about “Skin & Hair Care and Unani Medicine”. After successful completion of these awareness lectures, a General Medical Camp was organized where students, teachers, and staff members of the school were benefitted. Patients were consulted by Dr. Shaikh Imtiyaz, Dr. Zaid Ahmed, and Dr. Ifra, and medicines were dispensed free of cost to all patients. Soon after the completion of the event, the Head Mistress of the school felicitated the doctors and the help of the staff of M.T.C. Mansoora, Malegaon.
  • The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, New Delhi has been granted permission to Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital with 60 seats in UG (BUMS) for the academic year 2021-22. Admission permission for medical colleges is issued every year after completion of the criteria of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, New Delhi. If necessary, colleges are inspected for physical or online inspection. It is important that the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, New Delhi, granted permission to Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital without any queries. All the eligible candidate can apply online through NEET website.
  • A Constitution Day celebration programme conducted by NSS Unit of Mohammadia Tibbia College on 30/12/2021 at Auditorium of MTC under the banner of ‘AZADI KA AMRIT MAHTSAU”. In this programme NSS volunteers present about the History of Constitution & Importance of constitution. In this celebration, so many events were conducted like Essay writing completion, Painting competition & Speech competition. This programme is presided over by Dr. Mohammad Zubair, Principal MTC & conclude with the vote of thanks Dr. Javed Ahmad Khan, NSS programme officer. This programme smoothly organized with the help of Dr. Mohd. Hameed, Assistant NSS officer.
  • Honorable Vice Chancellor Lt. Gen. Dr. Madhuri Kanitkar Madam, Collector Suraj mandre Sir & Registrar MUHS K.D. Chavan Sir organizes a research project namely “Malegaon Magic on COVID-19” to rule out the immunity power of Malegaon peoples. In view of research project, they compile a team in which Bhau Saheb Hirary Medical College, Dhule< ACPM Medical College, Dhule, Ajmera Ayurved College Dhule, Motiwala Homeopathic College, Nashik, Alameen Unani Medical College, Malegaon, Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital, Malegaon & General Hospital, Malegaon Municipal Corporation Malegaon plays main role regarding the project work. In January-2022 field survey & blood sample collected by different team members in different wards of Malegaon Randomized samples collected by all teams. Dr. Sayyed Minhaj nominated as a Co-coordinator by V.C. Mam MUHS in Research Project. Mohammadia Tibbia College Principal Dr. Mohammad Zubair & All staff members done actively part in the project work, It has been decided by the Authorities that that we completed the phase I & phase IInd will be continue after 03 month in Malegaon.
  • World Unani day is observed on February 11 every year to mark the birth anniversary of “Hkim Ajmal Khan” an eminent Indian Unani physician. The day highlights the contribution of Hakim Ajmal Khan in the development of Unani Medicine in India and across the world. World Unani Day is tribute to the legendary scholar and also spreads awareness among the people about healthcare delivery though Unani medicine. Unani day celebration programme conducted at Seminar hall of Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital, Mansoora, Malegaon on 12th Februay-2022 with collaboration of NSS unit MTC, Malegaon. Students and NSS volunteers delivered speech on different topics like History of Unani importance of this day and work of Hkim Ajmal Khan to develop Unani in India. All the teaching and non teaching faculties were attending the programme. Dr. Mohd. Sajid, Dr. Rahmani Shaheda Parveen, Dr. Abul Irfan also delivered their thoughts. The programmed presiding over by Dr. Faizee Abdul Kareem and with the vote of thanks by Dr. Mohd. Hameed.

  • After lunch speaker Dr. Nikhat Shaikh Research officer PRIUM, Mumbai, exhibited her knowledge and experiences on “leach therapy in unani system”.
  • Dr. Ghazla Javed HOD & Associate prof. dept. of Manafe ul Aza, Z.V.M, Pune, elucidated “Role of ilaj bit tadbeer in pain management”. She explained how various procedures relieves the pain.
  • Dr. Mohammad Qaisar HOD & Associate prof. dept. of Hifzan e Sehat M.I.J.T. medical college, Mumbai, overawed the trainees with his lecture on “Management of lifestyle disorders in ilaj bit tadbeer”.

  • Dr. Mohammad Akram HOD & Assistant prof. dept. of Ilaj bit Tadbeer MTC. Malegaon, resource person demonstrated, “OPD based procedures in ilaj bit tadbeer”. With his interactive session he ignited the inquisitiveness of participants.
  • After lunch Dr. Taufeeque Ahmad HOD & Associte prof. dept. of Amraz e Ain Uzn Anaf wa Halaq MTC. Malegaon, express his wide knowledge on “Inkebab therapy in ENT diseases”, and demonstrated many cases practically.
  • Dr. Mohammad Shakir Assistant prof. dept of Hifzan e Sehat, MTC.Malegaon, explained “Importance of Dalk in unani practice”. He demonstrated types, indications and benefits of dalk.
  • Dr. Wahidullah Farooqui Prof. dept of Hifzan e Sehat, MTC.Malegaon, shared his experiences and knowledge on case presentation. He also discussed principles of unani treatment.
  • An exalting demonstration on “Leech Therapy” was given by Dr. Rahul Baveskar, Associate prof. dept of Surgery Ajmira College, Dhule. He described hundreds type of leech, their enzymes and mechanism of action.

Twenty four AYUSH Unani doctors of various working places of Maharashtra were participated.
  • In inaugural function co-ordinator Dr. Jawwadullah Khan, highlighted the role of AYUSH in health services, achievements of previous workshops, goals and need of such workshops. Dr. Abul Irfan, principal, MTC., motivated trainees for learning & expressed his best wishes to trainee. Guest speakers were felicitated. Thereafter Dr. Rahmani Shaheda explained the aims, objectives & schedule of the workshop.
